Terrible WiFi but locked in

I work from home and drop calls on a daily basis. I’m expected to be on video and my video freezes Constantly. My husband locked us into a five-year contract and says there’s nothing we can do, but I have to believe Xfinity is violating it. It’s side of the agreement with such a terrible connection. What options do I have?

It is completely unacceptable that your daily video calls are freezing and dropping, and I can certainly understand your frustration, especially given your home office needs.
