Terrible Wifi and overall experience

I'm forced to have this wifi and it is absolutely terrible. I've tried everything to remedy it to no luck. I hate this company and it's a shame i'm forced to have it. Do better, Xfinity. Do better.

i'v done this NUMEROUS times. Usually doesn't fix the problem. If it does, maybe for a day or so.
