TERRIBLE SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

To start, if you are considering going with Xfinity- it may not be worth it given the billing and service frustrations.  

I am not going to get into listing the whole diatribe that started yesterday when I called to order add-on services and change my TV package. The only positive is that today I received the hardware I ordered yesterday...BUT is is the WRONG equipment. So far I am having problems with premium channel connectivity, billing, wrong equipment etc.

So this is what I attempted today for a resolution:

1) Tried calling and scheduled a call back. The call-back put me on hold for 5 minutes then disconnected! 

2) Been on a chat session (almost 2 hours into it now) and been transferred from a BOT- to Priya, to Kavish, to Madhu, and now Arvid. All of whom requested the SAME INFORMATION!!! Madhu is still not answering my questions and I don't know what, if anything has been fixed.  

Bottom line- I've been with Xfinity (Comcast) through 3 homes, over 25 years. We now have fiber optic in my neighborhood and I am seriously considering going with them and building my own TV line up on a much faster platform.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
