Terrible service!

I signed up for service on 6/16, today is 7/28 and I still have no service. These people just can't get it together. There is Fibre to the street already. They sent a guy out to locate for the Fibre burial to the house and after that it all went downhill. I've had a total of four appointments and they still haven't been out to bury the cable. It's been about six weeks! I've spoken to at least 20 representatives that all give me the same answer. They always say they took care of it. The last appointment (yesterday), was a no show... called them again today and they said another 14 days??  What is wrong with this company? They don't have to run anything under public roads. Only on my private property. So that's not an issue. No permits needed. Six weeks and 20 phone conversations is completely unacceptable. So frustrated....
