Terrible service

I just got xfinity setup for my parents . The agent came said he fixed everything and then when I looked the cable was working but the internet wasn’t working nor their phone so I told him and he worked longer and said it was working . Now the cable doesn’t work and I keep on trying to call xfinity and can’t reach anyone . I have spent 3 hours and this is crazy !!!’n so frustrating and terrible service .
