Terrible service!!

Impossible to get to a live agent. Requested a tech visit (earliest appointment was 4 days out which is ridiculous) and my appointment was cancelled by Xfinity. Now I’m still struggling to get through just to get an appointment scheduled. I’m continually being asked to troubleshoot and wait 10 minutes. Then start the process all over again. This is absolute insanity and the most terrible service I have ever experienced!!!!
