TERRIBLE SERVICE

Cancelled service in February, asked if there would be an early termination fee and the assured me there would not be. March 2nd, charged $187.00 for an early termination fee. Tried to call, got stuck in a loop. Did the chat and they assured me that I would be receiving a credit in 2-4 days. Week goes by, no credit. Do that chat again, they are apologetic and assure me once again I’d receive the credit but this time in 24 hours. Days go by, nothing. I do that chat again, they assure me once again I’d be receiving this credit and it would be in my account in 12-24 hours. Nothing happens of course. I do the stupid chat again, and again, and again, and all three times they assure me 12-24 hours it will absolutely be in my account. Nothing happens. Today I finally had it, finally got someone to call me and they told me “Idk why they told you would be getting the credit, you don’t qualify because it’s an early termination fee” ??????? THEN WHY HAVE ALL THESE OTHER AGENTS TELL ME IM GOING TO RECEIVE A CREDIT??? Now I got interest charges on my credit card because I didn’t pay off the $187 on them because I was told it was being credited (obviously not a ton of money but still annoying). They also transferred me to multiple wrong departments and I had sat on hold for 25 minutes and I got too flustered and hung up. I feel like that’s the goal for them, to just get you so flustered you don’t even care about the money anymore. [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"]
