Terrible Service
I rarely ever leave negative reviews however this is warranted. I recently started services last month. Paid my first bill 5 days ago, on time. Working from home today and services were disconnected. I checked the app to see if there were any outages to only find there was a random $73 past due balance, which made no sense due to me making my first payment not even a week ago. Took me 45 minutes to connect with a live agent. Now I am sitting here missing work because there is this random balance that is clearly not correct and my services are disconnected.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
