Terrible service
My internet has not been working for 2 months and Xfinity has done nothing or inform me of nothing to resolve it. Even Xfinity techs they keep sending to my house keep saying maintenance needs to come fix my issue on my pole outside but they never come nor informing me of arrival and keep saying the issue is resolve when it is not.. I work from home, I pay my bills on time, and have been a loyal customer nor has a supervisor ever reached out to me.. I am on the verge of losing my work from home job because my internet service is trash and I have the highest speed… I will be leaving this company once I pay off the iPad they scammed me for

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
