Terrible Service Terrible Support

I have been having internet issues for the past month. I pay for internet speed that they say supports gaming and also have bought two xfinity pods for our 1,100 sqft apartment. Well, when I'm gaming my game is laggy and frames drop. During video calls, it constantly cuts out - both audio and video. I had a tech (the only redeeming part of this post is how helpful the tech was) come this weekend to replace our router with a newer model. I was still having performance/lag issues this morning. I reached out to support to receive a credit and across 3 hours I was bounced to 8 different agents only one of which was able to offer a $20 credit. Absolutely awful experience.
