Terrible service no help
I was told multiple times that Xfinity would be able to help me step-by-step with transferring my phone over to my new phone. And when it came down to it, I got zero help and potentially lost all of my information from my old phone. Xfinity cannot fix or help you with your phone. They can only sell them
