Terrible service, lies, negligently sending to collections
Anyone else have problems with Xfinity/comcast wrongfully sending you to collections after agreeing it wasn’t your account or your debt and telling you they would remove the account before sending you to collections? Or their customer service phone reps making promises to you but the other teams stating they cannot fulfill the promise they made? Or the legal team trying to convince you that someone else’s debt is your debt because it’s “household” debt and you lived at the same address?
what about them refusing to send email correspondence? The representative actually told me it’s a policy to not send email correspondence. This whole company is built on taking advantage over customers and knowing how to work the legal system. [Edited]
