Terrible service. How do you speak to a real person?
I was just trying to get ahold of someone to ask why the service is always going down in my are. Literally every day for a few minutes at least. That was bad enough but the fact that I can not get someone on the phone makes this far worse. I'll be canceling my service and switching because of this.

Well lets start out with the basics. What services? Is it part or all of the service? Do you have current , old or self owned equipment? What about your living arrangement? Complex or house?

Hello @user_zr8za6 Sorry to hear about the repeated drops in your service. We would be happy to check the account for you to see what is going on. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
