Terrible service customer service awful. Not honoring.

I have had cancer three times and am still in treatment. I cannot afford my medication’s and the increased bill from you. I moved from [Edited: "Personal Information"]

. and my bill went up by $110 a month. Every month I called in. I called in many times looking for a resolution to my billing that was too high. I have been through three cancers. I’m still in maintenance treatment. I cannot afford this! I received an email from Xfinity confirming that you were lowering my bill and that you would lower it starting that same month.
