Terrible service can't get new boxes connected

After talking to five different agents I was told this morning I had to get new boxes which I just did reconnected them now getting error code RDX 100 can't get past your AI I need a call back

user_dqio22 I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your TV boxes and the replacements. Have you tried the Xfinity app/website to activate the box there, or run the troubleshooting steps there as well to auto-detect the error codes and send needed signals to the equipment?
