I need a technician to visit my home and help me understand why I can’t use my phones at [Edit: Personal Information] in Scituate. I will switch to Verizon if we can’t fix service level asap. Thanks

Hey there, @user_2aMc13. Can you elaborate on the issue you're having with your phones? Is it a landline through Xfinity Voice or is it Xfinity Mobile you're having an issue with?
