Terrible Service Appointment Experience
I signed up for Xfinity internet services and needed a technician to do an install on our home but Xfinity kept re-scheduling. THREE DAYS IN A ROW. I had to switch to AT&T because they were much more helpful, can talk to real people easily, and gave me a straight accurate answer and got me internet SAME DAY. I'll never use Xfinity again nor recommend them to anyone ever. Their customer service and technical support are very unhelpful.
