Terrible Manager at Naples FL Store

I walked in the store returned my items and this managers agent Doraida took my equipment, I specifically asked her if I have a agreement with xfinity, she replied me back no sir you are good, you will be receiving credit back.. Now I got charged $70 Termination fee. Shawn store manager said he can’t do anything rude way and he gave me the xfinity number to call said it is my problem, instead of saying let me check your account, I do not care about $70 but this manager not supposed to be a manager… I Run retail stores never hire this kind of employee, I called the xfinity line and call center gentleman helped me. I wouldn’t recommend going to xfinity Naples Store.
