Terrible Internet service for three years and cannot speak to a live person when I have repeated issues
I would honestly cancel my plan right this second if I could speak to a person. I work from home and for the last three years I have had absolutely horrible and completely unreliable Internet, despite paying for almost the highest package. I legitimately can’t speak to a person to have them come look at my connection to the house, which is always the problem. Every single time I finally get through to a person they have to send maintenance and it never fixes the problem long-term. Every single time I have to go through this endless cycle/vortex of death to speak to a human being and get help at all. Xfinity charges exorbitant cost for subpar service and terrible customer service. Canceling as soon as I am able to secure
