Terrible Experience

Review Title: Terrible Experience – Representative Kaoom (ID: F8E6) Was Unprofessional and Abusive

I’m deeply disappointed and outraged by the way I was treated by Xfinity Mobile representative Kaoom (ID: F8E6). I terminated all my contracts with Xfinity (both internet and mobile services) back in January, and yet in May, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my card on file.

When I called customer service to request a refund, I was connected with Kaoom, who was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge the wrongful charge, but when I explained that I needed the refund to help pay my mortgage, he told me it doesn't care.

This is completely unacceptable, not just as customer service behavior but as basic human decency. I felt disrespected, scammed, and emotionally distressed after this call. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially by a company representative.

I demand that Xfinity take disciplinary action against this individual and that my unauthorized charge be refunded immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will be taking further steps, including reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and relevant consumer protection agencies.

Xfinity, do better. Your customers deserve better.
