Terrible [Edited] service and the AI they use is [Edited]

I have been calling to follow up on a matter and everytime I call I get the automated service I go through the steps of the automated service and then it tell me to chat with a live agent, which is NOT a live agent.  Frustrated beyond belief.  You are raising prices and hiring computer to do a [Edited: "Language"] job.
