Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service, nothing gets resolved with this operator. Never hire this operator, as they are not honest with their customers. I've been trying to resolve a problem with upgrading my cell phone for almost a year and nothing gets done. I've spoken to dozens of customer service representatives and they all give false hope and nothing ever gets resolved. I'm leaving this terrible operator.
