Terrible Customer Service

Hi Xfinity Mobile managers please contact me. I’ve now dealt with your agents 5 times to accomplish the same task and it has yet to be successful. 

I have confirmation in writing by your chat with an agent feature that it was taken care of yet I am still being charged for the service. 

I’ve called 3 times and spoke to someone  live and every time it’s a circle of conversation. They are so focused on reading their script. It’s a time consuming process and I have spent the time numerous times now with no luck. I want to speak directly to a manager. To make sure this gets taken care of and stop wasting my time and taking my money. 

you customer service agent refused to answer my request and would not give me the information needed to be able to contact a manager myself.

not happy with xfinity mobile. I am ready to go back to Verizon and I will not recommend to friends and family.

This is not the way we want to make you feel and we want to make sure you are not charged when you were told you would not be. Our managers do not have direct lines however you have reached the right  place for more detailed assistance.
