Terrible Customer Service
I have been trying to change my Xfinity service for at least 6 weeks now. First I got confirmation it was done, but it was not. When I chatted again, I was told there were technical issues. Next I was assured it would be taken care of, then the agent left the chat and did nothing. Today, I can’t even get connected to chat. The assistant won’t put me through. This customer service is terrible. At this point I am frustrated and need this taken care of.
