TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called customer service to find out why I have been unable to get WMCTV 5 news on my tv and an agent by the name of Cindy explained the situation quite competently. I then requested a partial refund for the unavailable services caused by the ridiculous situation between Xfinity and the news service. After being told, that impossible this agent (Cindy) said that since I was a DIAMOND member and I had 300 reward points I could get a free watch. After going through my available "free" with rewards watch options, I asked for a the options for a better watch, and when I requested time to consult with my son, I was told that would be impossible as I would lose my 300 reward points.
So, in calling to complain about not receiving services that I pay $44.00 for every month, not only was told that would be impossible I also was told that I lost my 300 reward points!
Shame on me since I have been an Xfinity customer for more than twenty years BUT SHAME ON XFINITY for treating loyal customers with such disrespect!
