terrible customer service
I am a long time customer of over 20 years and I have been completely put through the ringer by your representatives over the past 3 months . I have been lied to multiple times in about credits that i would receive, i was promised , since the end of december , that my bill would be $220/month and it has been nothing but problems since then . I have had to call several times- and i mean at least 5 different times- 2+ hour phone calls with empty promises of what i wanted to hear, but not the actual truth . i was quoted $220 / month and I am now being told that the representatives that told me $220 / month quoted me wrong and she cannot figure out where they got $220 / month from .
This is after speaking to , at least , 5 different agents who have confirmed this . the representative that I am speaking with (who works in cancellation, confirmed that it shows $220/ month was quoted to me .
I am just very disappointed, I am exhausted from
the many hours of phone calls with with your team , taking me away from my family on movie nights and bonding time with my husband and 4 kids . I just wanted what has been promised to me over 5’different times on 5 separate occasions and i don’t want to have to ever deal with this situation or call about it again . I have lost total
trust in xfinity and will
be looking into other means of internet and television . The amount of aggregation that I have had to endure is just not worth it .
And before this , I was a loyal customer , who never bad mouthed xfinity . My viewpoint has now changed and I am not sure there is anything that can be done to rectify it
