Terrible customer service

i contacted Xfinity after the storm to inform them that there’s a live wire hanging across my front yard and was scheduled to have a technician come repair the line. My appointment was January 30, 2026 from 8am to 2pm and I received a text at 2:17-2:19pm stating the issue was resolved. Came home and the wire is still dangling across my yard. After I did the limbo under the live wires to get into my home I called Xfinity. I was on the phone with the multiple agents who just kept transferring me to the next. I have the messages and recordings. “Ed” yelled at me and I had to correct him about his tone. Kodachrome stated he will give me a $20 courtesy credit for the outage. Aman stated that he spoke with the technicians and they were headed to my home (which was a lie at 7:42pm). Then Vijnay stated the we’re having glitching issues and I was transferred again to Sanju. Sanju stated that an another appointment was set and I was transferred again to another agent and the chat was disconnected.
