Terrible customer service
2024- signed up for what I was told on the phone was just an internet speed upgrade. Turns out it was an entirely new contract, did let realize until I went to cancel a couple months ago.
explained to the rep about the miscommunication and he was u helpful and ended up hanging up on the call. Called back since I was hung up on. Got another rep who assured the Early termination fee wouldn’t be an issue and would be waived or credited. Since they have lied multiple times before, I called again to confirm before cancelling and was told again that it would be taken care of and no need to worry.
fast forward to today, get a bill for the ETF I was told was waived or credited. Call back and rep is in the disconnect department. He was extremely rude and condescending, even though he saw where I was given conflicting information by their reps. I asked to speak to someone else and he refused. 0 help and they lie straight to your face.
highly recommend avoiding Xfinity at all costs. The absolute worst company and customer service experience ever.
