Terrible customer service
6 weeks ago our TV began experiencing intermittent outages ( sound and picture). I had to navigate the AI Bots multiple times to speak with an agent. She ran some remote programs that entailed rebooting my modem, and assured me she’d found a problem and it would fix the outages.
Days later the outages returned. I again contacted xfinity and scheduled a tech visit. Days before the visit was scheduled, a guy from xfinity called and spoke to my wife. He ran some remote diagnostic and said it fixed the problem. He got my spouse to agree to cancel the tech visit.
Days later the outages continued. A tech came out and ran a new cable outdoors. Said it was fixed. It wasn’t. I called again and got him back out. He finally found faulty xfinity hardware was the problem.
Now the tv is working. But xfinity never teturned to bury their cable. They said it could be 2 weeks and I waited 6 weeks before calling yesterday. The agent apologized and scheduled it for today. Nobody showed up today. No calls, nothing. Spent another half hour today bypassing the Bot and texting an agent. Now it’s scheduled for tomorrow. Who knows if it will get done.
I’ve never had this much trouble dealing with service in my life.
