Terrible Customer Service
Who do I need to email to report terrible customer service? I was reporting my modem being off to customer service. My job requires me to have stable, RELIABLE internet service. For over an hour, I kept explaining the importance of trying to get this issue resolved immediately, and I kid you not, I got transferred between about 10 different customer service agents. They would go through the same list of protocol questions, asking me the same questions. The worst customer service experience ever. This experience has now forced me to look into other reliable services. Whoever is in charge of training customer service reps needs a serious evaluation, because they are putting out the worst agents. You're about to lose a customer over the terrible quality of service regarding the technical and customer service issues. Also, I did write down the list of agent's names to put in my complaint to the BBB. I will be reporting it to other appropriate services as well that will investigate the poor quality of service.

Did any of them tell you why your internet has been suspended/terminated? Are you late on any payments?
