Terrible Customer Service
Internet keeps going out. Can't talk to a live person and have to wait a week for a tech to come out. A week...no internet no tv.....but the bill is on time without fail.

Good morning user_9apoki. I'm so sorry to hear that our internet has been cutting out and that we can't have a technician out for so long. Thank you for reaching out and sharing the trouble you have been having with the service and support from a live person. You have reached the right team for help. I understand how crucial it is for us to have a reliable connection daily and the strain it can put on a person when we are not able to get out to a home in a timely fashion.

Knowing that a week with no internet or even intermittent internet will create a horrible experience I am happy to check if a sooner appointment becomes available for us as well.
