terrible customer service

Everytime I have to deal with customer service with Xfinity, either online or on the phone, makes me want to pick where i live next specifically so i don't have to deal with xfinity ever again.  I was shuttled from person to person, with each person having to take minutes to relook everything up.  Once we actually start talking about the issue the people will then not actually listen or will misunderstand because they clearly are not native english speakers.  From one person saying they were going to cancel my service when i was asking for it to be moved, to another saying i would receive a confirmation email saying they were stopping said cancellation that never actually came.  I just want a way to easily contact local support to get help for what should be simple items.
