Terrible Customer Service
I received terrible customer service from your company and my service has yet to be restored and I am told I need to wait a week before you can send someone out to fix the problem. I am 81 years old and have no TV for a week. Terrible customer service. I was on the phone with an agent for 5.5 hours last night trying to fix it.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_qom7kt
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I have had trouble with their faulty equipment for the past 5 months or so. I wind up spending 2 to 3 hours every time I call. I have to keep getting new boxes or help resolving all the bad codes. The company has made it impossible to talk to any real person to resolve all the problems. The cooperate office won't help at all because they have cut the costumer off completely. I think money is all what matters to them.
