Terrible Customer Service

Spent over an hour on the phone to reset my password and my password is still not reset. Was transferred to 5 different agents and had to explain why I couldn't reset my password online 5 different times all to be told they couldn't reset my password. Terrible company. Worse customer service. If they weren't granted a monopoly, no one work willing choose to deal with this hell hole of a company.
