Terrible Customer Service

Has anyone else been scammed by xfinity with billing? I had a payment due where they said I owed 588.00. I paid $300 yesterday and they said I had until 8/13 to make the other $288.00. This morning 8/12 my wife comes upstairs to tell me our cable had been shut off. I paid it this morning. Comcast scams you so they can collect all of these extra fees even though I still had a day to pay. I pay $300.00 for their service a month and they have zero respect or loyalty to their customers. I have tried for 2 years to get a better deal but they insist they wont or cant. They even sugested I turn my equipment in and have my wife sign up to get the most current promotion. This makes no sense at all. This company has earned the reputation as being the worst service provider and again today they confirmed it.
