Terrible Customer Service via Chat
I have been chatting with customer service for nearly 40 minutes, discussing how I feel Xfinity should provide me with a modem that is compatible with the service they sold me. When upgrading, I told them my modem, and they assured me it would work. Guess what? It did not, and they then tried to bait and switch me to pay $25 per month for a modem rental.
After a long conversation, I had an agent agree to waive the modem fee. They sent me a link to review the paperwork, which showed no waiver of the monthly fee. Then they disconnected from chat. The next agent proceeds to do the exact same thing! What a total waste of time.
Brightspeed, here I come!
