Terrible customer service - upcharge on internet service

Honestly this is so horrible. I've been with xfinity for at least 4 years, and my promotion ended with my internet services today. My bill went from $25/month to now $94/month. I used the live-chat services a couple of hours ago and it was a complete waste of time. The agent was trying to offer new promotions that were above $50+ that were lower in internet speeds, yet new customers get their services at a way cheaper rate? I find this absolutely outrageous just from the price gap alone. I asked to speak with a supervisor since the agent was unable to assist me further and guess what? I was left on read for a good 30 minutes asking where they went, if I'm going to receive assistance still, and yet no response from the live agent. Honestly just a complete waste of my time and I am going to be looking for other internet providers at this point. This company does not deserve my money nor my loyalty at all.
