Terrible Customer Service - How Can I Talk To A Real Representative And Not A Robot?
It is always pulling teeth when trying to get customer service on the line. The robot cannot understand that I need an actual representative to answer my question other than the generic ones that it can answer. I am paying way too much money a month to deal with this terrible excuse for customer service support. Maybe it is time to switch over to Starlink or Verizon Home Internet for better service at least with them I can get a real human to help me with my issues. I am even more upset because I got charged my monthly amount twice in the same month. This is a highway robbery.
