Terrible customer service experience

I want start this review by saying that I don’t leave reviews unless absolutely necessary, but this experience I had today was terrible.
All of the agents I’ve spoken to up until now have been professional and kind, but I’ve had an Xfinity mobile issue that has really been frustrating me, so I expressed my frustration professionally and even acknowledged to the agent I was talking to that he was super helpful but I would like more details.

When I was the transferred to the supervisor (Lucas, I think), he was extremely rude before I even said I word. He said “ma’am you just have to wait!” And I told I understand that but I just wanted a more detailed explanation as to what was happening. He acted like I asked him to count to 1000, and he has this “I’m going to put her in her place” attitude, which was completely unnecessary, wrong and disrespectful.
I simply expressed how frustrated I was with the delay in progress on my ticket, and he completely went into attack mode. Regardless how frustrated you are with customer (and I know because I’ve worked in both customer service and Human Resources), you don’t talk to people that way, especially if they weren’t being rude to you and simply just asking a lot of questions.

I extremely disappointed and sad with the way I was treated today, which is a shame because I always have good experiences with the customers service and I really have liked Xfinity as whole.
