Terrible customer service and too expensive

You guys are expensive. When you call customer service, the automated system force you to talk to it and if you don’t select an option, it will disconnect you, So hard to talk to alive person. Customer service at the Xfinity store in Brockton Ma is not helpful. Every time I go to that Xfinity store I have to wait an hour and a half and the representative will see that there are customer waiting and they don’t acknowledge the customer but they have the time to chat with each other, And this is at the Brockton Massachusetts location. I hate going to that place because this happens all the time, that store needs new management. This is one of many reasons why I canceled my serviceI and went with Verizon. Their customer service is awesome, they treat you better and their price is lower. They have price guarantee for five years and they don’t charge you for their internet modem or extender, And I’m only paying $75 a month. I will definitely not Recommend family or friends to xfinity.
