Terrible Customer Service and a Scam

Do not believe the xfinity/xfinity now affordability lie. They have hidden fees, refuse to return brand new, unused camera equipment, and charging for it when again, it was never used. Our family chose xfinity now, believing that it would be more affordable, however, in reality it is the opposite. Any customer service agent we have spoken with has been rude, demeaning, and do not speak communicable English. This experience has been nothing but a disappointment and quite frankly a scam. I warn the consumer not to go with Xfinity at all costs.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
