Terrible Chat Support Staff
Was on a chat with multiple customer service rep asking to simply add a new modem I purchased. Vishal, Shoeb, and finally Samrat kept me on the chat for close to 2 hours without resolving my issue. They kept asking me for the make and model, then my service address, then the CM Mac Address, then the other Mac Addresses on the modem. There would be long pauses in between and then sometimes they would ask the same question over and over again. After about 20 to 30 minutes with each person, I would disconnect to start the process all over again. I protested to the long wait and asked for a supervisor which eventually lead me to Samrat, which gave me a curt one sentence response that he's the manager and looking into it - then left me hanging for 30 minutes. Turns out this is something I can simply do on my app but wasted 2 hours on the chat [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
