Terminating Comcast service and returning of Modem?Termination of service

I have had a new service installed that is faster and right now cheaper. I need to stop payments to you and return the modem.

@user_bloihf Thanks for reaching out to our team for help with your services. As a friendly reminder you can always return your equipment to any UPS or XFINITY Store. I have a link that goes into more details here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment.

My preference is printing out a return label and mailing equipment back as I do not have to leave my house.

Be aware that if you are in a contract you will owe an early termination fee.  I believe that bill comes in the snail mail.
