Terminate service

Hello,

I am looking to terminate my Internet service. Could you please advise on official steps to follow to cancel my account? I want to make sure I am not billed after the cancellation.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
