Temporary Service Move

Hello - we're looking to change our service address for a few weeks as our house is being renovated.

To do this, can I just go through the normal "move service" process now to the temporary address, and then again in a few weeks back to our home address? Is there a limit on how often you can change service, or any fees associated with it?

Thanks in advance.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Community Forum page today. There is no limit on the amount of times you change services. There is no early termination fee when you keep Xfinity, or switch to a new offer. In fact, many customers transfer service to a new home at no cost. If you’d like help installing equipment when you get there, or if your move requires a professional, you may be charged an installation fee.

You can set up the transfer of service through our website for your convenience! Here is where to start: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/moving If you need help setting up the transfer of service our team is always here!
