Temporary Line in my back yard - laying in grass
There is a temporary line laying across my backyard and my neighbors. I already submitted this as a safety concern and they came out and confirmed it was a temporary line.
This needs to be suspended or raised. We can not mow our yards with this orange line laying across the yards.
And - we rec'd no notification as to what this was or why it was placed there.
