temporary line drop

I was supposed to have a technician show up between 8am-10am to temporarily drop my line for a tree trimming. I called beforehand and confirmed, but no one showed up that morning.

I talked to someone around 1pm, and they send they would escalate it with an emergency technician appointment within the next couple hours. I never got the confirmation page they said they’d send, either. At 4pm, my tree trimmer said no one had dropped it still. Now I’m going to have to have them come out again to trim my tree and be charged extra the second day. What can I do? Is there anyone to contact?
