TEMPORARY CABLE WORK NOT COMPLETED

We had an outage in July of 2024.  On August 4, 2024 a technician ran a "temporary" feed line from a service post 4 houses away.  My service post is located in my backyard.  This "temporary" line is ran across my neighbors front yards, their driveways and sidewalks.  This line has been there for 3 months now.  In that 3 months it has been replaced once because of damage but remained in the same location.  I visited the service workshop on Vineland Road in Orlando and talked with a technician.  He couldn't even find a work order for my house but promised that he would generate one and to expect a call from a Supervisor within a week.  That was 3 weeks ago.

How can I get in touch with the Maintenance Team in Orlando to get this resolved?  The normal call center line can't help.
