The Telecommunication Box in front of my house - [Edited: "Personal Information"] - is broken.  It needs to be replaced, looks bad in the neighborhood.

I'm glad you came to the Xfinity Community Forum for support :) Our team is great to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly. In good news, customer and non-customers alike should typically be able to report such concerns via the Xfinity Assistant. Have you tried that yet, by chance?
