Techs Lying
I had a technician come to my house yesterday and I meet and great and him and everything seems to go well. He says the line is broken and that it needs to be replaced but it's too late and do so needs to come back tomorrow. He leaves and then I get a notification that my appointment was missed. I have a picture of him there with me like are you serious. Then I talk to an agent after that and they ensure me someone would be out today. Once again not happening and now I have to continue to take time off for a issue that was supposed to be fixed the first night and have you tech lie straight to my face about coming back the next day. I think it's time I switched to AT&T fiber because this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Multiple people keep lying to me.

Dealing with lie after lie on my end also. SO much time wasted calling and calling and chatting and calling and lie after lie, reassurance and ...another lie. It's mind blowing!
